By law, tour buses have to stop every two hours.
The reststops in Europe are really nice.





In addition to sandwiches, muffins, chips, etc. they also have a buffet line. We opted for the sandwiches, but wished we had gotten the hot meal! One thing we found very strange is that most restaurants bring a bowl of potato chips as an appetizer, like we get tortilla chips in the States!



These are a few scenes while on the road. There are more than 500 different types of olives! Though olives are mainly grown in the southeastern part of Italy, we did see some growing in Tuscany. They tied nets to the trees to collect the olives.
